times per week. It provides your health and once you start working out you will
definitely feel the positive effect of it. Sports can give you a better quality
of life and increase the ability to deal with stress.

Sleeping and
relaxing are also necessary. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your
mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. Sleeping
well gives you energy for the next day and guarantees a healthier life with
less stress.

VálaszTörlésI think it's a very ggod post. I agree with the healthy lifestyle and I try live a healthy life but sometimes it's very hard because I verylike chocolate and another munchies.BUt I go to dance and run every second day or every day. :) -Noémi
