Kids' Choice Awards-2015

Yesterday was the Kids' Choice Awards.It was a big awards on Nickelodeon for kids.This is very funny becouse every celebrity, who comes for this awards taste of green grunge.In this year the host was Nick Jonas.The 28. show was in Los Angeles.For the end of the show he swum in the grunge.In this year Ross Lynch Laura Marano, Jennifer Lawrence wons many awards , but Nick Jonas wons an award too.

Fight for your dreams

I will write about a really special person who inspires me and a lot of other people around the world.
Gabby Douglas is an American gymnast. She has been training since she was 4 and now she is a member of the U.S.  Women's Gymnastics team. At the 2012 summer Olympic she won gold medals in both individuals all-around and team competitions also  Gabby is the first African-American gymnast in Olympic history who became individual all-around champion.

There is a book called Grace, Gold and Glory which tells her story of faith and determination, demonstrating you can reach your dreams if you let yourself sour . There is another book called Raising the bar which contains Gabby's training routine and she shares an inside look at her day-to-day world. She tells what it's like to be an Olympic champion and a normal teenager balancing a life in the spotlight with a life in the gym.  There is also a film about her whole story.

She became an Olympic champion at the age of 16. I think she is amazing, she was fighting for her dreams and now she is living them. She can be an example for  everyone. She teaches the whole world not to give up on something that you really want. This video shows her story. Yes, she made lots of mistakes but I think mistakes are not always bad she learnt from them and became who she is now , a role model!!!

How to learn quickly and effectively

We always want more leisure time and good grades, but we don't really know how it is possible. I decided to share my short tips for you.

1. Take good notes
Well, that’s easy. You just have to pay attention during your classes, and write down the keywords. At home you will remember what you’ve heard.

2. Organize your room
You can’t learn when your whole room is a mess. Moreover it’s easier to find your things, and you don’t have to waste time with searching them.

3. DON’T switch on the computer or the TV and don’t use your phone!
I used to make this mistake. I just watched a movie, and then I visited my favorite websites, my Tumblr, I wrote to my best friend etc. I did nothing, and I wasted my whole day. If your computer is necessary for your homework, try to wait with that, until you have done with everything else.

4. Read attentively your notes few times, and then try to tell it loudly (to somebody)
(if not to a human, I’m sure your teddy bear will be curious about how clever you are)

5. Make your schedule
Don’t leave every subject for the last minute. When you try to learn everything all at once, next time you won’t remember anything, nevertheless you had been learning all day. :( It’s embarrassing.


See how easy it can be? I hope these tips are helpful for you too. Having leisure time during the week is not impossible! (Furthermore you can go to the gym to work on your bikini body for summer! :)

Start a healthy life

·        choose healthy food
  Eating too much salty, high-fat food and drinking too many sugary drinks lead to health problems like high blood pressure and diabetes. That’s why it’s important to choose well. Eating lots of fruits vegetables and food that contains minimal amount of unhealthy fats not only good for your body but it also helps to concentrate better.

·        get some exercise
  A life without exercise is a cause of illnesses and obesity. Do sports 3 to 5 times per week. It provides your health and once you start working out you will definitely feel the positive effect of it. Sports can give you a better quality of life and increase the ability to deal with stress.

·        get plenty of sleep

    Sleeping and relaxing are also necessary. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. Sleeping well gives you energy for the next day and guarantees a healthier life with less stress.
